Our Policies and Terms of Service
Shipping
Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Typically our processing time is 2-3 business days. Candles can occasionally take up to a week to process if they are not on hand and need to be poured fresh. Depending on which method of shipment you choose your package should be delivered 3-5 business days following that processing.
All orders will come with a tracking number provided by the US Postal Service. If you do not receive an email with the tracking number within 7 days of your order please reach out to us via our Contact page.
Non-Delivered Orders
Once an order is shipped out we are no longer in control of it, we can not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. If an order has been marked delivered but you have not received it, we suggest reaching out to your local postal office for more details.
Returns
All items are final sale, however we are happy to accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.
All items returned must be in original and unworn condition. Items that appear to have been worn, washed or otherwise damaged post shipment can not be accepted for return.
Please use the Contact page to submit a return request. Once we approve the return, we will send you a prepaid mailing label so you can ship the item back to us.
